3. Why my house has termites but my neighbor does not?

No. Your house does not need to be treated, but it is a good idea to have it inspected.
5. If there are termites found around my house, does that mean my house has termites and need to be fumigated?
No. Sometimes it might just the termite swarmers flying around your house. The first step is to have a complete and thorough inspection. After that, the inspector will indentify what kind of termites you have and give you options to control. Fumigation only good for control of drywood termites, so it is not necessary to fumigate your house for subterranean termites.
6. Do termites eat concrete?
No. Concrete slabs have expansion joints and over time developed cracks that allow termites (subterranean) to get through.

8. How do I know if I am getting a thorough inspection?
The best thing you can do is to be involved and observant in the inspection process. For example if you request an inspection and the inspector doesn’t inspect obvious areas such as your garage, attic, basement, etc., then you may need to consult an additional company. Don’t be afraid to ask questions.
9. I need an inspection but I don't have time?
A complete and thorough inspection usually takes 1 to 2 hours (or more) depends on the size of the property. We accommodate our customers' busy schedule, so we provide weekend service by appointment.
10. Do I get the inspection report after inspection?
Yes. It is the responsibility for every termite company to provide a inspection report after the inspection and a completion report after the treatment is done. Each report must be sent to the Structural Pest Control Board. We take responsibility and follow the rules, so you will receive the report after the job is done.
